280 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 280 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 280 platform in Malaysia.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the 280 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 280 platform or its services.
Acceptance of these terms is considered to have occurred on the date you first access the platform, register an account, or carry out any transaction. Continued use of the 280 platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The 280 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. 280 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification.
2Account Creation & Security
Each user may only hold one active account on the 280 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any point thereafter constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. 280 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
280 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before approving withdrawals or high-value transactions. This verification process is in place to protect the security of user funds.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 280 platform user, you agree to use the service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may not use the platform for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any form of system manipulation.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 280 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tool to access or operate the platform without written consent
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of 280's systems
- Sharing account information with others or allowing a third party to use your account
- Using multiple accounts to manipulate promotions or bonuses
- Being abusive, threatening, or harassing toward other users or support staff
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including temporary account suspension, freezing of funds pending investigation, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the breach.
4MYR Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 280 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods including Boost, GrabPay, and online banking via FPX. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as your 280 account. 280 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — standard bank transfers typically take one to three business days.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank details are accurate and up to date. 280 is not liable for any withdrawal delays or failures resulting from incorrect bank information provided by the user.
Where any suspicious transaction or potentially fraudulent activity is identified, 280 reserves the right to suspend processing of the transaction pending investigation. Funds suspected of being obtained through illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Limitation of liability
The 280 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 280 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. 280's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual property
All content on the 280 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 280 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 280.
Account suspension and closure
280 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for legitimate reasons, including fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a user violation, 280 will refund any valid remaining balance after the identity verification process is completed.
Third-party links
The 280 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 280 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Access to any third-party site is entirely at the user's own risk.
6Amendments & Governing Law
280 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Users will be notified of material amendments via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 280 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
